With a career spanning nearly 30 years, in the UK and overseas, I've done a lot: developed new business functions, advised Government ministers, led in a number of complex organisations, including the BBC and Health, and stepped in as CEO of growing organisations.
Qualifying in the PCEC at the world famous Henley Business School, and already certified in NLP, I like to bring a structured approach to the inner work that drives outer results.
I am a positive person and firm believer in the power of professional, confidential coaching to provide the space, time and perspectives to make change. I have coached and been coached at many points to date, and the growth and improvement is always there.

Dom is a father of three and a keen sportsman. He is Secretary and a Senior Committee member of The Lee Cricket Club in the Thames Valley League — a regular player and coach of both the U11s and U17s. He plays and coaches youth rugby at Chesham Stags RFC in Buckinghamshire, and gets to Twickenham once or twice a year. He is a regular golfer and enjoys skiing and travelling with his family.
