What the work involves

Life Coaching with Dom is a structured, honest conversation about what you want and what is getting in the way. It is not advice — it is a process of thinking more clearly about your own life, with someone who asks the right questions and holds you to the answers you already know.

  • Clarity on what you actually want — not what you think you should want
  • Career direction, transitions, and the courage to change
  • Relationships, boundaries, and how you show up for others
  • Purpose, meaning, and the question of what enough looks like
  • Habits, energy, and the structures that support a good life

Who comes to Life Coaching

Dom works with people who are functioning well by most measures but feel stuck, restless, or quietly dissatisfied. Often they are successful in ways that no longer feel meaningful. Sometimes they are facing a specific decision they cannot seem to make. Always, they are ready to think differently.

  • Professionals questioning whether their career still fits
  • People navigating a major life transition — divorce, bereavement, relocation
  • Those who have achieved what they set out to and feel unexpectedly empty
  • Anyone who wants to live more deliberately and less reactively

How it works in practice

Life Coaching engagements typically run for three to six months, with sessions every two to three weeks. The pace is yours. Some people come with a specific question; others arrive with a general sense that something needs to shift. Both are fine starting points.

  • Free discovery call to explore whether coaching is right for you
  • Sessions of 60–75 minutes, in person or by video
  • Between-session reflection prompts and optional check-ins
  • No fixed programme — the work follows what matters most
